Hallo Fr. Böheim,
nach dem wir nun leider schon fast wieder die erste Arbeitswoche im kalten Deutschland hinter uns haben, hier ein kurzes positives Feedback zu unserer Reise. Es hat alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit geklappt, wir haben viel Spaß gehabt und viel Erholung mitgenommen. Alle Phoenix Safaris Mitarbeiter waren ausgesucht freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Allerhöchstes Lob an unseren Fahrer im Mara Siria Camp - Daniel - wir haben in der Masai Mara 32 Löwen, 5 Rhinos, 1 Gepard und alles andere gesehen (und er war immer geduldig mit uns untypisch unpünktlichen Deutschen)! Und mit dem zwar etwas versteckten Leoparden in Nakuru waren damit auch die Big Five vollständig erreicht. Ich werde Sie gerne weiterempfehlen.

We have very much enjoyed our stay in Kenya.
Everything was well arranged and ran smoothly.
The Mara was wonderful and your staff in Siria was perfect. Big compliments to Joel and his staff.
The driver/guide John was also doing very well and has been great to us.

Hi Peter,
I wanted to write to you about your staff…I think all too often all employers hear about all the bad stuff and I wanted to give you positive feedback on three of your employees…I have worked the most with Dipa – she is wonderful. No matter how many changes, she is pleasant, makes outstanding recommendations and is always, always helpful. I have worked some with Grace and I think she also does a really good job.
Fiinally, this weekend, my parents and I went on safari with Boniface. We went to Nakuru and the Mara. We had a wonderful time. He was very knowledgeable about the country, the animals and the parks. He was also a very skillful driver – we had rain on Sunday night and the roads returning from our afternoon drive were quite treacherous both that afternoon and the next morning. He did an outstanding job on all levels. I just wanted to let you know and to thank you for the outstanding service your company always provides.

Hi John, and everyone at Phoenix
We’ve just got back from our trip to Kenya and I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ for a fantastic safari to the Mara. The whole family had a great time. Mara Siria was superb and the setting is just amazing. Would thoroughly recommend it to everyone, the staff were wonderful. We enjoyed Mara Sarova too, but MUCH prefer Mara Siria- it really is something special.
Our driver, Francis, was just fantastic and I would like to compliment him totally. He was incredibly friendly and made the rest of the family feel comfortable and at ease. His driving was exemplary and his game-spotting superb. He saw 3 cheetah under a tree from miles away, and we were the only people there. Just wonderful. I’ve had several safaris and drivers over the years, and Francis is one of the very best I’ve had. I would ask for him again. Please could you thank him for us.
So, thanks very very much. It was just perfect.
